Communication between my staff and our customers is paramount. This is so important for many times it is necessary to explain much about what is going on in your car.

We always ring during our service to keep you informed with all that is going on. This in turn gives you the owner, control of the outcome of the repairs. We of course are still responsible for any repairs we may perform on your car. This practice alone has made our job easier, and after some time we hope to give you confidence that we are here to serve you.

Computerised servicing Records help to ensure the correct servicing schedule is performed at all times. Our computer programs keep all data necessary to keep in touch with what has been done previously to your car. After all I am only human.

Warranties All parts and services performed by my staff are covered by statutory workmanship & labour warranties. In fact many of the parts used are covered for longer than the original new parts that were fitted in the first place. Some conditions or rules may apply to certain equipment but nowadays this is not generally the rule.

Reconditioned Engines for example can now carry up to four years’ warranty. Exhaust systems are at least two-years.12 month’s more than new car warranty.

Flat Battery? If your battery goes flat we have loan batteries to get you out of trouble. For those times when you forget your lights on or something. If necessary though we carry a range of approved batteries.
