Fuel Cost Savings

With LPG typically priced around 1/3 the cost of petrol, and given that you would use approximately 20% more volume of LPG to travel the same distance, as compared to unleaded petrol. Savings are typically 50% or more when compared to unleaded petrol.

For example:

Petrol price .75c litre - consumption 15 litres/100km - fuel cost to travel 100km is 11.25

LPG price .25c litre - consumption is 18 litres/100km - fuel cost to travel 100km is $4.50 - 60% saving

LPG price .35c litre - consumption 18 litres/100km - fuel cost to travel 100km is $6.30 - 44% saving
